Your health and our employee’s safety are very important to us. For that reason, we continue to offer telemedicine services for all our patients. It is a safe and secure way to consult with any of our providers from the comfort of their home. Our Telemedicine services are offered through Google Duo. Follow the steps below to set up Google Duo on any phone or tablet.
Set up Google Duo:
- Go to the “App Store” on Apple devices, or “Play Store” on Android devices and search for the “Google Duo” app. Install the app on your device.
- Open the “Google Duo” app. Press “I agree” to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Verify your number by entering your phone number and press “next”. A verification code will be sent to your device. Enter the code in the “Verification code” screen.
- You may now use Google Duo to make or receive calls.
Day of the appointment:
- Please make sure Google Duo is installed.
- A staff member will contact you to update your records.
- The doctor will contact you at the time of your appointment to consult with you.
